SSAW Steel Pipe

SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipe is a large-diameter welded pipe with a spiral weld seam.
It is produced by continuously coiling steel strips into a spiral tubular shape, then sealing the joint via submerged arc welding, followed by hydrostatic testing and non-destructive inspection.
It is mainly used for long-distance transportation of liquids and gases, and also serves as load-bearing structural components.
It is widely applied in municipal water supply, natural gas transmission, bridge and building piling, sewage discharge, dredging and other infrastructure projects.
